I hope you are well and all keeping safe. It’s been quite a tumultuous few weeks and I believe we’re all feeling the weight of the COVID-19 Pandemic and its impact. I have been feeling quite low and uninspired lately. In the midst of all this chaos, I do believe that it’s important to practice mental, physical and emotional self-care. I have been trying to figure out ways with which I can hold space for myself during this time and to eventually feel like myself again.
Self-Love is a topic that’s been on my mind lately and I felt called to share with you the ways in which I practice it. Having regard for my own well-being and happiness has been a priority to me for the past couple of years. I express self-love to myself in different ways:
2020 is quickly rolling in. This is the season where I grab my notebook and write down my aspirations for the next year. I started putting down my goals on paper in 2017 and it’s been amazing to see myself manifest my desires. At the end of the day, execution is what brings our dreams to life but I do believe that setting intentions is where all the magic begins.
Today I turn 25🎉 I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Grateful to see a new year in my life and for being healthy in mind, body and soul.
