I truly believe that a nourished mind and spirit are essential for living a radiant life. Thank you for hanging out with me as I share my reflections on self-love, personal development and spirituality.
Happy new month! February is considered the month of love. As a society, we tend to focus on romantic love but love comes in different shapes and sizes 😊 Self-love is what I am currently zoning in on, and this Random Thoughts episode touches on an aspect of self-love. In today’s mukbang-style video, I shall be munching on some delish Chicken Pilau (ordered from Mianzi Swahili Restaurant) while sharing my thoughts on learning to accept and embrace myself.
Happy 2021 ✨ It’s been a while since I created a post for you. January has started off with a few setbacks but I am determined to keep going! I did manage to post a video on my YouTube channel though, so be sure to check it out.
This year, I would love for this space to continue helping you glow up from the inside-out. My new series, Candid Conversations, seeks to create room for authentic chats on various topics featuring insightful guests.
Rainy November is quickly coming to an end, and I am looking forward to sunny skies and the holiday season. I have been thinking a lot (like a lot!) about some of the lessons I have picked up this year. It’s been a season of immense growth, both uncomfortable and pleasant. I decided to share with you what I believe to be my most significant lesson in 2020.
I have been under the weather lately and taking a bit of time for self-care. Regardless, I still wanted to create a post for you and share my experience at The Healing Circle with Monversation. As mentioned in my Healing Journey post, this year I have been intentional about prioritizing my emotional wellbeing. However, doing it on my own has been such a challenge, it gets intense and at times I feel like giving up.
