Self-Love is a topic that’s been on my mind lately and I felt called to share with you the ways in which I practice it. Having regard for my own well-being and happiness has been a priority to me for the past couple of years. I express self-love to myself in different ways:
Today I turn 25🎉 I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Grateful to see a new year in my life and for being healthy in mind, body and soul.
In this past quarter-century, certain experiences and situations within and around me have provided me with great wisdom. I would love to share with you ten life lessons that I truly believe are gems of insight and are guiding me to grow into the best version of myself.
